What we know about you

Short version: no account, and we keep no record of you. A digital download needs no address and no profile, so we do not ask for one.

We do not have accounts. There is no sign-up, no password, no profile and no order history to log into. Your download link is your receipt — it works for 90 days, on any device, with no login.

What we store

Nothing about you. We keep no database of buyers. We have no name, no address, no email list and no card details, because we never receive any of those — the payment happens on Stripe's own checkout page, not ours.

What Stripe stores, and why we cannot make that nothing

This is the part an honest privacy page has to say out loud. Payments are handled by Stripe, and Stripe needs two things we cannot remove:

WhatWhy it existsWho holds it
An email addressStripe sends its own payment receipt and an invoice that confirms what you asked for at checkout, and it is how a refund is found laterStripe, not us
Your card detailsTo take the paymentStripe only — they never touch our servers
A countrySales tax and VAT are legally determined by where the buyer is Stripe, not us

So "no data at all" would be a lie and we are not going to print it. What is true is we hold none of it, we do not ask Stripe for it, and we do not build a customer record out of it. Stripe does keep a customer record for each purchase (your email and what you bought): at checkout you tick one box asking us to deliver straight away, and Stripe needs that record to email you an invoice confirming it. That record is Stripe's, not ours, and it is not an account: there is still nothing for you to sign in to.

The complete list of what a sale leaves behind

Named precisely, because "we keep no data" is the kind of claim that should be checkable:

RecordWhere it livesWhy it has to exist
The Stripe payment record — email, country, card last four, amount, time StripePayment, receipts, refunds, and tax. Legally required to be retained.
The item you bought, stored as a slug on that paymentStripe It is how your download link knows which file to hand you.
A Stripe customer record and an invoice — your email, the item, and that you ticked the delivery box at checkoutStripeThe invoice is your emailed confirmation of what you agreed to at checkout. Stripe needs a customer record to send it.
A server log line for the download request — time, and an IP address Cloudflare, brieflyEvery web server on earth writes this. We do not read it, query it, or join it to anything.
Aggregate page counts, by countryCloudflare To know which pages are useful. No cookie, no per-visitor id.
The words typed in our search box, counted per day with how many results it showed Our own databaseSo we can see what people look for and do not find, and make that next. No IP address, no cookie and no way to tell who typed it. Anything that looks like an email address, a phone number or a web address is thrown away, not kept. Please do not type your own details in a search box.

That is the whole list. There is no row anywhere with your name on it, because we never asked for your name.

What we will never do. No marketing emails, because we have no list. No advertising or tracking pixels. No selling or sharing anything, because there is nothing to sell. No account you have to delete.

Analytics

Two things count visits. Cloudflare gives us aggregate traffic counts — page views by country, no cookie, no per-visitor identifier, nothing that follows you between sites.

We also keep a small count of our own, in our own database, so we can tell whether a page is working: did people arrive, click buy, reach checkout, and pay. For each page view or click we write one line: the day, what kind of event it was (a view, a buy click, a click out to another site, a checkout started, a purchase, a download), the page, the item, and the website you came from (the site name only, never the full address). A checkout or purchase line also has the price, and a purchase line has a scrambled fingerprint of the Stripe checkout, so that reloading your download page is not counted as a second sale; the fingerprint cannot be turned back into the checkout. We do not store your IP address, your browser or device details, or a cookie. To tell one visitor from two we make a short code from your connection and browser details (which we do not keep) and a secret number that changes every day; yesterday's secret number is deleted, so the codes of different days cannot be matched to each other, and the code is never your name or your email. Those lines are cleared after 60 days: the first visit of each day removes anything older. What stays after that is daily totals per page, with no code in them. The words typed in the search box are kept separately, as the table above says. We do not run Google Analytics.

Free printables

Every free file on this site downloads immediately with no email gate. If you ever see one of ours asking for an email address before it will download, something has gone wrong and we would like to know.

If something goes wrong with an order

Because there is no account, the thing that identifies your order is the link in your receipt. Keep it. If you lose it, contact us through the Contact page with the product name and the email address you used at checkout, and we can find the payment from that.

Children

We make things for children but we sell to adults, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children.
